What Are You Afraid Of?

I have a question for you. 

How would you live if you were unafraid? Would your life look different? Mine would!

Fear is the worst of the worst. It keeps us locked up in a dark prison cell. It creates a choke hold around our neck, leaving us feeling suffocated. It completely and utterly robs us of our joy. 

Friends, we can't let fear win! We can't let it keep us from living our best lives. We can all live life unafraid when we incorporate the following two mindsets in our lives:

Mindset #1- Ignore the what if's. 

What if I fail? What if I am rejected? What if I am alone? What if I am hurt? What if I feel sad? What if I am ridiculed? 

I have one for you… What if I let fear hold me back and I never live the life I was intended to live? Wouldn't that be worse?

Mindset #2- Ignore the lies. 

The lies. Don't even get me started on the lies. Those are the gremlin voices that sneak in our heads and tell us that we are not enough. Not smart enough. Not pretty enough. Not tall enough. Not short enough. You see where I am going with this. They are not true and we give them our power. Instead, capture your thoughts, and filter them through truth and evidence. You will be amazed at the truth that comes 

I beg you. Ignore. The. Lies.

I ask you again. How would you live if you were unafraid?

You are amazing! Now start living like it!
