COACHING

I’ve been there too. That place where you know that you want more. You just don’t know how to get there. You know that you are ready to grow, but moving forward seems daunting. Where do you even begin? You’ve tried before, but nothing seems to work.

That’s where I step in.

To live a life of purpose demands clarity, balance, and vision. You are worth it.”
— Kim Anderson, LPC-MHSP, CPLC

What is coaching?

As your coach, I get to pull out your strengths, passions, and values. I help you find your inner-brilliance so that you can get clarity towards the direction that you want to go. I help you realize your biggest goals and dreams, ones that you never thought could be possible. I work with women in the areas of relationships, life balance, personalities, strengths, parenting, communication, faith, and careers.

What do you want? Why do you want it? How are you going to get there? What is getting in the way? How have thought patterns, false beliefs, or negative emotions kept you being YOU?

Not only do I provide accountability toward your growth, I am able to walk along-side you, stretching you and shining light on the possibilities. Through our powerful alliance, we will take a look at what has not been working and we will map out the journey in manageable steps.

I work with motivated women who are serious about growth, reaching their true potential, and living out their purpose. These women know that they have a larger calling and they are ready to do what it takes. They are ready to create space for themselves. They are ready for their own growth and self-care. They are ready to get balance back in their lives. You don’t have to do it alone.

It is time to identify what has kept you stuck. It is time to take hold of the life that you were created for.

Where do we start?

Okay, you want to learn more. You want to create space for you. Now what?

As we schedule our exploratory call, I will send you an application to complete. I am only able to take on a limited number of new clients, so before submitting the application, make sure that you are ready to do the work. Our work will be focused, clear, and fast-paced. It will stretch you (for good).

Want to learn more about counseling?

Life is hard. Sometimes we hit icebergs and we feel like we are going to sink. Other times, we feel like our ship is spinning and spinning out of control. In today's world we are overscheduled, overworked, and completely stressed. Our margins are thin, our spirits can be weak, and in the end we suffer.

We feel alone. We are in the world with noise and static and thousands of "friends" but the truth is we are dying to truly be known.

As a counselor, clients say that I provide a safe, private environment for growth and exploration. I come alongside my clients to help them re-establish the life that they want, a life based on values, purpose, and allowing healing. My clients are able to restore hope through empowerment, awareness and possibilities.

I work with couples, families, teens and adolescents, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and a family systems approach. I have also been trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples) and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitazation and Reprocessing for trauma).

Typical counseling topics include: depression, anxiety, parenting, marital and relationship challenges, self-esteem, teen challenges, attachment wounds and conflict resolution. It is a privilege and an honor to walk with clients from where they are to where they want to be.
